On May 15th, Datang Telecom Technology & Industry Group issued Staff Health Project Planning (the Planning) and decided to celebrate May 15th each year as "Datang Staff Health Day”, integrating staff health as a systematic project into enterprise overall planning.

 

On May 9th, Datang has just released the first Corporate Social Responsibility Report, introducing Datang’s social responsibility practices and achievements from the perspectives of market responsibility, staff care, environment responsibility, public welfare. In Staff Health Project Planning, the corporation identified the staff as the core power of its development, reflecting Datang’s strong social responsibility and mission. The Planning sets its gargets as to enhance its core competitiveness and human resource output efficiency, to promote staff’s sense of belonging and identity, and to improve staff health management. The Planning makes out a 3-5 years overall plan for staff health improvement and establishes individualized health solution on the basis of corporation creative development demand and domestic and international successful experiences.

 

Mr. Zhen Caiji, Director and President of Datang, says, as a responsible hi-tech central enterprise, Datang implements the people-oriented philosophy. We perform central enterprise social responsibility, and at the same time pay great attention to staff health. The Health Project will improve staff health and happiness index, which will further stimulate creative efficiency, promote human resources value, build our core competitiveness and thus give a strong support for the corporation to implement "Twelfth Five Year Plan ".

 

Datang has been actively implementing the people-oriented philosophy. When we work to promote innovation and development, perform central enterprise social responsibility, we are also committed to enhance staff health. To achieve that goal, we carry out various activities, for example, staff medical check, the establishment of employee activity center, setting up “Staff’s Home” and holding regular staff sports games and over ten sports leagues games every year.
